Account managers

We don’t have a traditional account management department because we fundamentally don’t believe in it. We think it’s part of the writers’ role to be close to the clients, get briefs from the horses’ mouths and build a connection.

Copylab’s ‘account managers’ are trusted advisors, developing relationships with clients in order to understand them and their businesses better, so that nothing gets missed. Our goal is to make our clients feel like we’re an integral part of their team.
